Duchess Designs is a personalized design service that creates one-of-kind garden art to add to the value of your home and garden enjoyment. While each garden design is a piece of art and is completely unique, the process used to create a beautiful garden involves the following stages to produce a master plan for a property. This plan can then be implemented immediately or over time, to fit a client's budget and schedule.

1. Design Consultation (gratis) to garner initial input and provide on-site consultation. There is a visit to the property and a meeting with the client(s) to conduct an Inventory and Analysis. Digital "before" photographs are taken from which design concepts are detailed and presented. "After" pictures show the ultimate transformation.

A key element of the process and discussion is to identify a "wish list" that captures the client's lifestyle, priorities, to take advantage of the site's unique possibilities. Duchess Designs demonstrates a portfolio of design work, and shows magazine layouts and artwork to help capture client's taste and garden design aspirations. Following the initial top-line suggestions, the client agrees to take the process to the next step at which time an initial proposal for design services is provided.
